Taft Morley

A considered introduction.

Taft Morley brings 15 years of experience in real estate, finance, and business operations to Rhapsody Land & Co. His background spans underwriting, project financing, master planning, and construction oversight. At American Development Corporation, he managed and underwrote more than $500 million in development and financing, representing approximately three million square feet. He has cultivated strong banking relationships and evaluated hundreds of projects nationwide. Taft graduated as valedictorian and summa cum laude from Utah Valley University with a degree in Business Management.
